Currently leads the creative product vision as part of an Ad Innovation team, ensuring product functionality, designs and roadmap are in-line with business and brand objectives. Act as leadership on that team, representing their objectives throughout the organization and informing the tools the team uses and how the team operates. Manages and leads designers and other creative problem solvers through the process to design, prototype, optimize and build the Ad Product solutions. Acts as the common link between the teams that design, build and execute our products and the sales, editorial and marketing teams, bridging the communication and creative gaps between them.

I’m also the co-chair of the Career Development committee on the Women’s Council at my company, Dotdash. We aim to empower, inspire & inform Dotdash’s community on ways to help the career advancement and development of women. The committee fosters an environment where women are encouraged and assisted to grow in their careers with a shared goal of equal representation in senior and management positions at Dotdash. We provide the education, discussion and resources that are currently unavailable within Dotdash, and create an environment that fosters growth and community.

I currently live in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, which feels like the suburbs because of the constant children’s laughter and birds singing. I have a cat who thinks he’s a dog and live with him, my husband and our twins.
